This Domain Name Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is made between FAASTIC, ("Registrar") and the individual or entity who registers a domain name through the Registrar ("Registrant").
1. Domain Registration: The Registrant agrees to register the domain name through the Registrar’s registration services subject to availability and in compliance with ICANN policies and/or the policies of the maintainer or the TLD. The Registrar can use other accredited registrars by proxy to provide the service.
2. Fees and Payment: The Registrant agrees to pay all applicable fees for the registration and renewal of the domain name. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
3. Registrant Information: The Registrant must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. The Registrant is solely responsible for the accuracy of this information.
4. Use of Domain: The Registrant agrees to use the domain name in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not for any unlawful purpose.
5. Domain Transfer: The Registrant may transfer the domain name to another registrar or registrant in accordance with ICANN policies and the Registrar’s transfer procedures.
6. Renewal and Expiration: It is the Registrant’s responsibility to keep track of the domain's expiration date and renew it in a timely manner. The Registrar is not responsible for a domain's lapse or any consequences thereof.
7. Termination: The Registrar reserves the right to suspend or cancel the domain name registration if the Registrant breaches this Agreement, provides false information, or fails to respond to inquiries from the Registrar within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Limitation of Liability: The Registrar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the domain or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding the registration and use of the domain name will be subject to ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.
10. Amendments: The Registrar reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with notice provided to the Registrant in accordance with the Agreement. By registering a domain name, the Registrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
