If you're experiencing issues while attempting to activate DNSSEC for your domain, please follow these steps to submit a support ticket for assistance:
1. Access the Client Area
Login to your account and access the client area to begin the process.
2. Click on Support
In the left menu of the client area, click on the "Support" tab to navigate to the support section.
3. Navigate to Help Tickets
Within the support section, click on "Help Tickets" to view existing tickets or to create a new one.
4. Create a New Ticket
Click on "Create New Ticket" to open a form where you can describe the issue you are encountering.
5. Provide DNSSEC Details
When asking us to manually enable DNSSEC, please include your domain name and the following DNSSEC details to help us assist you more efficiently:
- Keytype: Choose between 265 (zsk) or 257 (ksk)
- Algorithm: Select from the list below:
- DSA-NSEC3-SHA1 (6)
- RSA/SHA-256 (8)
- RSA/SHA-512 (10)
- GOST R 34.10-2001 (12)
- ECDSA Curve P-256 (13)
- ECDSA Curve P-384 (14)
- Ed25519 (15)
- Ed448 (16)
- Public Key: Include the public key associated with your DNSSEC configuration.
6. Submit the Ticket
After filling out the ticket form with the necessary details, submit it to our support team. We will review your submission and get back to you as quickly as possible with your DNSSEC enabled.
