Dear Users, We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and in our efforts to ensure a seamless experience, we are planning to upgrade the hardware of our storage solution.

This upgrade is scheduled to take place Sat February 17 at 23:00 CET, and we anticipate a brief outage of approximately 10 minutes.

Impact:

During this period, you may experience connection loss to CIFS and NFS shares.

Additionally, access to SSH and FTP services might be unavailable.

Action Required:

After the interruption, you will need to reconnect to your services.

For SSH Users: Upon reconnection, SSH clients may be prompted to import and accept a new remote host digital fingerprint for stor1.faastic.com.

To avoid any security warnings or connection issues, we recommend clearing the old fingerprint from your system before attempting to reconnect. Y

ou can do this by executing the following command in your terminal: bash Copy code

ssh-keygen -R stor1.faastic.com

his command will remove the old fingerprint from your known_hosts file, allowing your SSH client to accept the new one seamlessly during your next connection attempt.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing any impact on your work. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Thank you for your continued support.
